1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to mea444. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mea444.vip, the mea444 mobile app, and all services provided under the mea444 platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, or using this Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the mea444 Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 User Eligibility

To use the mea444 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 18 years old or the age of majority recognized by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming activities is prohibited by local law.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list with any related gaming platform or gaming authority.
• Using legitimate personal funds and not money that is borrowed or reserved for other purposes.

Mea444 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from users at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Registration & Account

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account at mea444. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment information — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. mea444 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all users. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, or proof of address.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials.
• Immediately notify the mea444 support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Mea444 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Your mea444 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or lent to any other party.

4 Deposits & Payments

Mea444 supports a variety of local payment methods including bank transfers, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no processing fees charged by mea444.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by chosen payment method and your VIP membership tier. Current deposit limits can be viewed on the platform's Deposit page. mea444 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with prior notice to users.

• All deposited funds must be the rightful property of the registered user.
• Deposits made using third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned upon verification.
• Mea444 does not accept any form of direct cash payment.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your gaming account within minutes of transaction confirmation.
• If there is a delay, please keep proof of the transaction and contact our support team.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed upon successful completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days depending on the payment method and amount involved. Large withdrawal amounts may require additional review before approval.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, offers, and promotions provided by mea444 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. Users are encouraged to read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible new user.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe; bonuses unused within that period will expire automatically.
• Mea444 reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the withdrawal requirements have been fully met.

7 Game Rules

All games on the mea444 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by internationally accredited independent testing bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be influenced by any party.

In disputes relating to game outcomes, mea444's server records shall be deemed the final and binding record. Users agree to accept this decision as conclusive, subject to the official appeals process provided.

• Wins resulting from technical errors or incorrect game displays will not be paid out and may be voided.
• Mea444 reserves the right to void or suspend a game in the event of a serious technical issue.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable while playing.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Mea444 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others in registering multiple accounts.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money through deposit and withdrawal activities on the platform.

• Using another person's account or sharing account access.

9 Account Closure

Users are entitled to close their mea444 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any valid balance will be returned to the user via the registered payment method.

Mea444 also reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.

• Request from a competent legal authority.

• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

10 Liability Limits

Mea444 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or entirely error-free. While we strive to ensure maximum uptime, technical disruptions arising from factors beyond our control — including internet outages, third-party failures, or natural disasters — shall not constitute grounds for any claim for damages against mea444.

In all circumstances, mea444's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the relevant incident. mea444 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Mea444 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its users in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). 12 Responsible Gaming

14 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If negotiations fail to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings under the relevant jurisdiction. Users agree that any legal action will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
